We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was perfect, providing excellent service throughout our visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The hotel facilities were great, including a beautiful dining room where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. The location was ideal, situated in the heart of the Old Town, close to everything this charming city has to offer.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the historical center, allowing us to easily explore all the main attractions of the city. We had a stunning view of the charming courtyard from our room, which added to the overall picturesque ambiance. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of taste treats and was served with exemplary service.
The menu at the restaurant could use some improvement, as it still includes dishes made with caged eggs.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel. the exclusive amenities met our needs perfectly, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and spa lounge. the restaurant was superb, and we enjoyed the in-room breakfast and dinner.
Although minor, the only issue we encountered was that the coffee/tea in the lobby was not hot enough for our taste. this did not affect our overall experience.

The luxurious amenities were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a highlight, along with the spa centre's massage treatments. the garden area was a perfect spot for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoon. the location was also a great advantage, as it was close to many local attractions.
The only minor issue we had was with the service at the restaurant. While the food was excellent, it took a bit longer than expected to be served.

We were really surprised by the spaciousness and layout of our apartment, complete with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely terrace. The housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of the large space. The well-furnished rooms were comfortable, although some updates may be needed. The breakfast experience was really good with a wide range of options.
